Modernart.ae wishes to offer specialized modern, abstract, and contemporary artworks. Each piece is handcrafted by skilled artists using high quality eco-friendly materials. We realize there’s enough ‘standard’ art work in the UAE market, but nothing that stands out. Our goal is to ensure any guests that visit your home take notice and ask say “WOW”!
All our artworks are made in the UAE by hand picked artists. We’ve chosen our set of artists based on our vision of offering unique art pieces, which are not ‘run of the mill’. Most of our art is made in the Wadis of Fujairah and Ras AlKhaimah
Yes! We offer custom artwork services. Please reach out to us via phone or email on [Insert Number] /support@modernart.ae with your ideas, and we’ll discuss the details with you.
Most of our artworks come with framing options, while a few are unframed as the edges are such, that do not allow framing. Please check the product details to confirm whether the frame is included or not.
We recommend keeping your artwork out of direct sunlight and humidity. You can gently dust the surface with a dry cloth.
Ordering and Payment
Browse our collection, select your desired artwork, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout where you can enter your shipping details and make a secure payment.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, with our payment services provider being ‘Stripe’ -a well-known player in the region. Your payments are secured, guaranteed! If you choose to pay cash on delivery, that’s available as well!
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we start preparing the artwork for shipment, and changes might not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need any adjustments.
Shipping and Delivery
We only ship within the UAE. Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the Emirate you live in. As a rule of thumb, you should receive your order within 3-4 days.
Yes, we offer free shipping within the UAE for orders over 250 AED.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. For Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman we deliver ourselves. However, for all other Emirates, we use a courier partner to deliver your order to your doorstep.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on non-customized artworks within 7 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition, and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Typically, the return cost is 50 AED.
Unfortunately, custom orders are non-refundable unless the artwork arrives damaged.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Provide photos and videos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a refund.
Customization and Requests
Many of our artworks are available in different sizes. If you need specific size dimensions or color adjustments, please contact us to discuss customization options. It will typically take between 8 to 10 days to prepare your customized art work.
While we can recreate certain styles, each artwork is unique, and exact replicas are not possible. We can, however, work with you to create a similar piece.
Sustainability and Certifications
Yes! For every artwork purchased, we plant a tree on your behalf. You will receive a certificate acknowledging this contribution to the environment.
We carefully select high-quality, sustainable materials for our artworks, including eco-friendly paints and canvases, whenever possible.
